Please ignore the letter marks The clearest I could find |
Unfortunately the past few months I have had major car bills keeping me away. $1900 for body work caused from bad winter weather in January due no road treatment to a major highway. I should send this bill to the commonwealth to pay. We know they will send a letter or no response so save a stamp. Then $1500 for a new clutch and two tires to pass annual state inspection. This is I expected for a while. Since money is tapped and much of this is on credit, no fun for me till July. Which normally most folks are preparing for Pennsic at that point. So as far as SCA, barring any catastrophes see you in the fall.
While I have all this time, I will be painting my boyfriends Star Wars Legion Army, beginning to layer clay on the smaller wood figures for early to mid medieval dolls, and continue to make clothes for my Colonial fashion doll. Plus any relevant doll making processes like reading and finding research sources.
I did get the spangles on the outer gown for the doll replica I made months ago. This being the one in the red silk gown with other gold work. The 1577 portrait of Arabella Stuart aged 23 months. In my honest opinion the me of the most detailed images of a fashion doll from the sca period. The portrait hangs in Hardwick Hall.
So I’m here and crafting just stuck at home financially for a while. Please contact me to you want to stop by.
