The barding on the mounts is just stunning. I do find it interesting you have 3 knights and two horses. Wondering if another set of these interesting toys was found. I have minimal metal working skill but am considering the same toys in wood instead.
There is a solid wood doll from 1530 Germany I am considering for an upcoming entry but would need to get started right away to be finished by Ice Dragon this year. Although it’s possible.
One of my sca friends is on a trip of a lifetime and has been posting museum pictures. If I see dolls or toys I alway ask about them, as they do become inspiration for sca replicas for Arts and Sciences projects. She was at the Last Knight Exhibition Vienna, Austria.
All the Photo credits by Godiva D'Mer, MoAS Whyt Whyt. She took some photos of the clockwork Vienna cittern player recently. Another wonder I would like to complete in the future. May we all be so luck to travel and share knowledge with others.
Share the Knowledge,
