We all wish to look this good for 97 years old. I think this treadle table is not far in age difference from my machine from 1923. This treadle table came with another model 66 but in worse shape and bad wiring from the plug to the engine and also a broken presser foot lever. At this point I am going to keep it for parts. It’s. 1910 model and am considering taking the engine off and adding my hand crank back on. I have time to make a decision on this other model.
I plan on keeping the machine on the table and cover it like I did in my other sewing table. I found out there are keys that lick the top and center drawer. So one of those is coming. I will have to let you all listen to her run at some point. It’s beautiful sound especially since all the joints are oiled. Keep an eye on my YouTube, I may post something fun about this. We shall see.
So here she is, enjoy,
THL Marrin O’Cadhla
