While repairing my vintage sewing machines to working order, I have two of the same model 66k. Both in the “red eye” style of decals. I came across names of the styles of the decals that came with the various models of Singer sewing machines.
Certain decals were used on certain models of machines in different years. Many available in overlapping time frames, I wanted to share the unique decals and their names with you. It’s like a unique window in history that these machines were a decorated yet utilitarian piece of home sewing technology. These Iron ladies were beautiful yet strong. Many are still used by enthusiasts and collectors alike.

“Sphinx” or “Memphis” Model 66 and 27 |

“Gingerbread” model 15 |

"Lotus" Model 66 |
These are some of my favorites, the decals are stunning! There are more decal patterns and many more machine models than what I showcased here. Please take a search out on some great websites that showcase these time capsules of machinery. Well hoping this was an interesting look at the variety of decals of Singer Vintage sewing machines.
A Fan of Vintage Sewing Machines,
