The prior post is showing pictures of a porcelain doll I recently purchased, this is an Evelt doll. Many years ago this small dollmaker did a European Royals collection. I have only been able to procure two so far from this brand. The attention to detail is very good for a commercial for sale doll, the images in the previous post are of Queen Elizabeth Valois of Spain. She comes with a tag basing her clothing on 1550-1565 Spain. They use a mold for the face is the same features on the doll I have of Queen Jane Seymour of England.
In doll news; I did find a porcelain head, hands, and feet that would be good to make molds from. Depending on the style of hair, she may work for most of the era. Wanting to find a more uniform look for my dolls, mold will help with the facial features having more consistency.
New videos are on my YouTube channel every other Friday afternoon, same as last year. Hoping to make more clothing content in 2022.
Busy as usual,
Marrin
